New NSA White Paper claims NSA looks at "dime" on "basketball court" of Internet data

In a new white paper released today in conjunction with President Obama's press
conference regarding NSA surveillance programs and other topics, NSA has used
the analogy of a "dime" on a "basketball court"-sized surface to describe the
amount of Internet data NSA actually inspects (though they admit that they
"touch" more than that).
You can read the paper yourself at:

Your thoughts are welcome, of course (at least by me).
