Inexcusable: AP Twitter feed hacked to falsely claim White House
bombed and Obama injured, Dow falls in seconds

The Twitter account of the Associated Press (AP) was hacked this
afternoon. Hackers Tweeted the message, "Breaking: Two Explosions in
the White House and Barack Obama is injured" at 1:07 Eastern time.

Even without 2-factor authentication, if AP was exercising proper care
it should not have been possible for their Twitter account to be
hacked this way. This is inexcusable.
