Esther Dyson pushing "sender pays" email

http://j.mp/W42QFc (Project Syndicate)

"All of these are useful approaches, but none alleviates the
recipient's burden: The system still lets other people add things to
my to-do list. But there is another way: The sender figures out what
matters, and puts money behind that choice."

With all due respect to Esther, sender pays email is the same
impractical nonsense concept as always.
