New York Times: Google Antitrust Case Is Said to Be Nearing End

http://j.mp/TVsHc2 (New York Times)

"In the talks between the Federal Trade Commission and Google to
negotiate the terms for ending the agency's antitrust investigation,
things seem to be going Google's way, according to two people who have
been briefed on the discussions. A key issue in the talks,
accusations that Google biases its search results to favor its own
services, has been taken off the table, said the two people, who spoke
on the condition of anonymity because the negotiations are continuing."

The search bias accusations were never valid.
