Which do you believe, Vint Cerf or the ITU?
Let me put it to you this way. Vint Cerf says that the ITU is a
genuine threat to the open Internet. UN/ITU bureaucrats say we have
nothing to worry about. WHICH DO YOU BELIEVE? -
