Brazil to track all vehicles electronically

"Six years after the creation of the National System for Automatic
Vehicle Identification (Siniav) by a resolution of the National
Council of Transit (Contran), the initiative should come into
operation in January next year. This is the date set by the
National Traffic Department (Denatran) to begin installing it in
all road fleet in the country, the electronic devices that store
data of vehicles."
