Apache does the right thing and ignores Microsoft's default Do Not Track setting for IE10

tells Apache to ignore IE 10s controversial Do Not Track (DNT)
settings."

Summary: The Apache Web server is being patched to ignore IE10's
default enabling of Do Not Track -- a default that clearly violates
the Do Not Track standard. I completely agree with Apache's stance on
this issue.
