So, like, is it illegal to let a child sip a bit of beer? Or wine?
Or apple cider? They took the kid to the hospital 'cause of this --
nice way to run up the medical bills, there. Kind of a stupid thing
to do in public? Yeah. On the other hand, back in the middle ages,
pretty much everyone drank beer all the time from the point they were
weaned, since it was much safer than water. And in much of the world,
kids drinking wine is S.O.P. This is yet another overreaction story
that makes us Americans look like idiots to the rest of the world.
