Can German Intelligence decrypt PGP/SSH?
German Intelligence appears to be claiming the ability to decrypt (at
least part of the time) PGP and SSH messages.
http://j.mp/KttYVB (golem.de via Google Translate)
"The federal government declared that its intelligence agencies
generally are able, to decrypt PGP and Secure Shell, at least in part."

If true (and there would be many relevant factors, including how long
any given decrypt would take) we can assume this capability (or more)
is generally available within the intelligence community globally.
But it is not clear what's really being described here. Weak key
situations? Something else? Disinformation in general?
