An example of anticompetitive Internet behavior about as simple as can be

anticompetitive - (an-ti-com-pet-i-tive): Example: The same movie is
available for rent via streaming at the same price (e.g. $2.99) from
your ISP (in this example, Comcast) and Google Play Store. Same
quality movie, identical in every way. If you choose to rent the movie
from Comcast, the data used does not count against the Internet
bandwidth limit/cap that Comcast has arbitrarily selected and imposed,
without any regulatory oversight. If you choose to rent the movie from
Google Play Store or other non-Comcast sources, the data used will
count against your Comcast data limit/cap, and reduce the data
available under that cap for other Internet purposes. What clearer
example of anticompetitive behavior could you ask for?
