Amazon releases new "always listening" spy device
This has precisely the same problems as the new Apple watch feature, which also
says it is not "recording" the audio. But like the watch, merely listening and
processing the audio without the permission of everyone present may be illegal
in 2-party consent states, as eavesdropping.
