How to make a martyr -- Vance says he wouldn't watch livestreamed execution

shooter execution, and says he wouldn't watch it if it did happen.
The shooter is paralyzed and in a wheelchair, and the spectacle of this
execution is likely to lift him to superstar martyr status.
