The topic of my usual Monday national network radio tech segment will
be Meta and YouTube being found liable in a case involving use by
children. I will be emphasizing that this decision is likely not
really as "landmark" as some observers claim, since appellate
courts -- likely all the way up to the Supreme Court -- may take a very
different view of the associated issues. -L
