Tariff "refunds"
There's no way much of that tariff money can be recovered. Many
shippers for example raised their prices very significantly to cover
duty/tariff charges from their end so that recipients didn't have to
worry about them. Even if those shippers eventually see some sort of
refund of those duty/tariff payments it's very unlikely the buyers
will ever see any part of them. So U.S. buyers got screwed and are
staying screwed. -L
