Google goes full clown show on the Gmail AI "sparkle" icon
There is only one icon on the Gmail desktop UI that is animated on
hover. That's the Gemini AI "sparkle" icon. Instead of just popping up
a "Try Gemini" text in the manner of every other icon in the interface
does with its own text, the Gemini AI sparkle also morphs through
multiple different spinning shapes, putting on a genuine clown show
that befits AI slop.
