Post debate polling
While experts warn it could take weeks to understand the impacts, at
this point polling after the debate is showing almost no movement in
voter sentiments. Some show a bit of weakening of Biden support, a
couple actually show a bit more Biden support. A bit more interest in
third parties. All of this is within the margin of error. While Biden
is almost universally seen as having lost the debate by a very wide
margin, this has not translated into significant increases in support
for Trump. Unsurprising, given that the debate did serve to remind
many voters why they found Trump so disgusting in the first place. -L
