Google's "Help me write" could easily leak personal data to humans
Google's "Help me write" function that they're pushing everywhere
could easily leak personal information to humans somewhere on the
planet. Multiple times now I've accidentally invoked it on text while
trying to use context menus for other purposes (Google has replaced
the common UNDO function at the top of many menus via Chrome with
"Help me write".) Because "Help me write" actually can feed data not
just to Google's AI but as they note to humans involved in AI
training, this could quickly result in highly personal information
accidentally being seen by those trainers if your text being written
involved personal matters. This appears to be potentially very bad. -L
