Bill introduced in Florida to ban photography of *farms* without permission of owner
http://j.mp/fGsoIj (Florida Senate)
Note that this bill, presumably aimed at "hiding" operations from
competitors and animal rights folks, would seemingly ban photography
of "farms without permission" even if the photos were taken from
public roads, airplanes, satellites, or the house next door via a
bedroom window. The bill would also ban entering a farm without the
owner's permission.
This would be a felony offense in both cases.
Technical Analysis: Absolutely Nutzo.
