Libya is apparently off the Net

Libya has apparently effectively removed itself from the Internet,
via the same BGP withdrawal technique used by Egypt recently.

Note that bit.ly shortened links are unaffected, since most of the
related .ly root servers are outside Libya. Also, just as a sidenote,
all bit.ly links can also be written as j.mp links or any of the other
wide variety of "white label" formats that sites use to create their
own "branded" shortened link names through the bit.ly APIs. All of
these links are also reportedly escrowed with the Internet Archive
for protection.
