I expect to put together another alpha-test release later this week
(Thurs or Fri), which should have improved buildability on more
platforms, plus some various bugfixes and a conversion to the network
packet formats detailed in the RFC draft #3.
You'll probably want to build this as a completely new unit, and patch
in any changes you've made to the new distribution, since the directory
structure has changed slightly, the Imakefile stuff is vastly revised,
etc.
