Absolutely. NT's "C2 Certification" is all about buzzwords and hype, offering
minimal assurance of /real/ security. Only portions of the operating system
are C2 certified. The networking, for example, is not certified. All of our
real threats are network based these days.. NT's certifications are vaporware
marketing hype. no-op execution for ppl looking for real security. read a
