Hi,
I have reviewed the demo version of the software for NT and found it quite
useful in evaluating an NT environment. It allows you to set you're own
parameters (or security standards) and evaluates your environment based on
those values. The reports are very useful and detailed (you're Auditors
would love it) and basically it is very easy to use. The Novell version is
very similar in all respects, with of course a few exceptions based on the
environment. So, if you "master" the use of one it would be no difficulty
in "mastering" the other package.
As for support, during the evaluation period I found them to be quite
helpful and prompt. But then I would to if I wanted you to buy my product.
I strongly suggest getting an evaluation copy, they allow a 30 day
evaluation when you can take it through it's paces. It does not slow down
server perfoemance. Hope this helps.
Best Regards
Carlton
