As the introductory message requests, I am introducing myself. I am
an employee of Network Services at the University of Victoria in
Victoria, BC, Canada.
One of my duties is to familiarize myself with the plethora of
security related issues related to managing a campus network.
Unfortunately, I have little time for this activity so I will mostly
lurk on this and a few other mailing lists.
However, I am finding the volume of traffic on this list a problem,
especially since most of it consists of introductions. I would very
much PREFER to subscribe to ids-digest, if such a beast exists.
