No, it is not necessary to quote the entire group, but as several people have
brought up aready:  it is *very* easy to accidentally send out a message to all
of 'ids' instead of just the person who wrote the post (which is what I did).

I strongly belive that the list owner should change the reply to field to
reflect the person who submitted the message.  Does anyone disagree that this
is a good idea?
