There was a presentation at the last ISOC Symposium on Network and
Distributed System Security (San Diego, Feb 1995) about a service that digitally
signed and dated email (i.e. you send email to them, they signed/dated it and
passed it onto the final destination). Perhaps someone with the proceedings can
lookup the name and a contact?
