I am looking for some information about a few items, and I am hoping that
someone on this list can help me.
1. An IP address "de-coder"
2. Information on a program that the Air Force was working on using AI
programs to analyze network traffic in order to determine hacker attacks.
If anyone has some information about these subjects, I would be very
grateful to hear about them.
