Subject matter: Information Warfare in all its varied forms.
Format: Strictly moderated.
Not permitted: Flames of any sort, non-IW related postings, spams,
postings with no subject or a misleading subject,
signature areas with more than 2 lines, unnecessarily
long postings, etc.

Details:
Information has been a critical factor in warfare since the
beginning of recorded history. With the recent movement toward the
information age, information and warfare are increasingly becoming
tightly linked. This mailing list is for people who are interested in
the issues of information warfare, information in warfare, and all of
the closely related subjects we encounter in everyday life.
New mwmbers:
It would be most avaluable to include your concept of what IW
is all about along with your request to be added to the list. This will
form a good introductory posting and help encourage healthy open debate.
