I just subscribed to IDS, and in the welcome message got the following:

My name is Yves Lambert, and I'm one of the system administrators of
the SNCF (French Railways).
We are a team of 3 people, and we have to directly monitor over 400 workstations
(from Sun IPx to Sun Serevers 1000 on more than 130 differents places in France.
I am very interested to look for security incidents, patches, holes ....
I am a beginner in computer security but I think that list is the
best place for learning on this subject.
