I think what you are talking about is ISS, the Internet Security
Scanner. I've had dealings with this product and have found it
to be a very in-depth vulnerability/analysis tool. I've found
Christopher Klaus to be a very competent programmer as well as
providing excellent support.
I purchased his product at my last position and am currently
considering purchasing it at my present (dependent upon
budget). From a personal standpoint, I highly recommend
ISS.
