The list is now being moderated, it was unfortunate that this step had to
be taken. After all the Internet was supposed be an example of a working
anarchy ! But the recent incidents lead to a case of all noise and no signal.
Regarding the Anti-fraud system article that I posted, I am surprised
that nobody has *ANY* further information to add.
