The two IEEE templates, ieee1 and ieee2, have been installed in the
Contrib subdirectory and will become available tomorrow. I left them
pretty much as is, meaning that the default first paragraph tag is
incorrect (Body instead of Title), but that's the way it was
distributed. If and when I figure out how to fix it, I'll do so.
