We're looking for 1 document with all the bylaws. I'll make this clearer

Quick point of clarification: In the second whereas clause (pulled
from the Constitution), I read it to say that "each respective
committee" needs to establish their own set of ByLaws, just as
NomComm does, and as you are implying (so we would have N sets of
bylaws). However, none of the other clauses refer to having multiple
sets of bylaws, and in fact seem to imply only one set of Bylaws,
the "UA Standing Committee Bylaws"
So, are you looking for one document or N documents (1 from each
committee)? I would like to see this point clarified and the text
updated to reflect the clarification.

Attached is a .doc updated version of 42 UAS 6.1 (TJenks, can
you LaTeX that for me?). I have changed the name of the bill to
be more accurate and added two "that" clauses. I suggest that
Senators read through the second to last "that" clause and think
about adding a due date of sorts. I chose not to put one in the
bill, but if Senate thinks it is appropriate, I encourage you to
do so. Currently, none of the standing committees (except
NomComm) have published bylaws, though it is mandated in the
Constitution.
