Quick point of clarification: In the second whereas clause (pulled from the
Constitution), I read it to say that "each respective committee" needs to
establish their own set of ByLaws, just as NomComm does, and as you are
implying (so we would have N sets of bylaws). However, none of the other
clauses refer to having multiple sets of bylaws, and in fact seem to imply
only one set of Bylaws, the "UA Standing Committee Bylaws"
So, are you looking for one document or N documents (1 from each committee)=
?
I would like to see this point clarified and the text updated to reflect th=
e
clarification.
