Also keep in mind that there is more than one variable in this problem. We
can't point to changes in the housing system and say "dining caused this" if
W-1 is also coming online at exactly the same time.
I will look for historical data, and I will look for ways to sift through it
that might be effective in making that point, if there is such a point to be
made (I suspect there is).
