I'm confused by what this idea is, but arranging for cheaper CopyTech
readers seems like a win.

I'm not sure I agree with closing all of those, but certainly the building
4 + 2 ones are stupid and could be consolidated to a single cluster.
38-370 is really convenient given how many course 6 people are in building
36 and 38 all day. There isn't really another close cluster (12?). I'd
really like to see a cluster return to somewhere on the west half of main
campus - all of the clusters are currently on the east or north end of
main campus. One in each of NW, NE, SW, and SE would be really awesome (1,
2, 37, ?).
