ASA hasn't discussed this too recently, but the opinion of ASA and CAC=20
Advisory Board (at least in the past) was that the gameroom space is not=20
suitable for student group space. The first two issues are that first=20
floor means poor security and Investment Management could reallocate the=20
space at any time with potentially little notice.
