As you will note, our discussion on the Student Center Game Room will
begin by discussing constituent feedback. If you have not yet introduced
yourself to your constituents, please do so before Monday evening and
ask for ideas concerning future usage of the game room. It would be very
helpful if you also sent your constituents a link (or summarized in your
e-mail) the agenda for Monday's meeting. With this said, though, don't
leave the conversation to e-mail! If you can, go and speak to students
from different floors, lounges, or houses about this issue.
Returning to the agenda in particular, there are a few documents that
have not yet been received and they are as follows with their expected
date to the list(s):
- Minutes: This evening to ua-senate-members
- Slate of Institute Committee Representatives: Tomorrow evening to
ua-senate
- Class Council Budgets: Varies by class, 2014 should be available
this evening to ua-senate
- Fall 2010 FinBoard Appeals: Tomorrow evening to ua-senate
I will update the agenda as soon as these documents become available.
