A revised budget is linked from http://ua.mit.edu/finances/. It contains
both amendments passed by Senate, and a handful of changes made by me.
Budget changes
* Added Space Planning budget [mine]
* Fixed project name for Athletics shirts [mentioned at Senate]
* Added two more projects for Special Projects [amendment]
* Added surveys for Dining [amendment]
* Add note about SCEP dinner overallocation [mine]
* Add note about Special Projects project approval [amendment]
* Added the $10K for the general budget and $7.5K for dinners [mine]
* Athletics Weekend funding [mine]
* CAR [mine]
* Added Spring 2007 [mine]
Details:
* Space Planning got their budget to me late, due to getting a chair
late. Originally, I was going to present a bill for Senate
Discretionary, but decided to add it to the budget instead.
* The UA got additional money over the past week (see Mike's email)
* Athletics Weekend received funding from the Large Event Fund
* I added my proposal for the Committee on Alumni Relations. Should
Senate decide not approve the committee, I'll remove their items from
the budget, and that money will go to student groups instead
* I added the Spring 2007. Unfortunately, I can't find the FY08 budgets
easily.
I encourage you to discuss any proposed changes before the Tuesday
meeting and send me any questions you have.
If I left off any amendments, I apologize. *Please* let me know if that
is the case.
