I'm pleased to announce that the Financial Policy Review Committee has
approved the report. There have been a few minor changes since Friday to
clarify a few points (I can go into more detail if anybody likes,
including by providing an exact diff), but it remains nearly unchanged.
The latest version is still at
http://web.mit.edu/ua/committee/fprc/report/latest/report.pdf. I also
updated the report to indicate it is not a draft.

Again, let me (adehnert@mit.edu) or the FPRC at large (ua-fprc@mit.edu)
know if you have any questions or comments.

I hope that the Senate will vote to approve the report tomorrow.

Thanks,
Alex Dehnert
Chair, Financial Policy Review Committee (ex officio)
UA Treasurer
