Hi Senate,
Please find a report on financial policy at
http://web.mit.edu/ua/committee/fprc/report/latest/report.pdf. Note that
this can't reasonably be called the FPRC's final report yet, as the
committee hasn't yet had an opportunity to approve it in the final form.
I'm hoping to have the FPRC's approval to consider it the FPRC's final
report by Sunday afternoon, probably with few if any changes.
Regardless, the Senate can certainly adopt it as an official policy or
report of the UA (though not really the FPRC) on Monday, even if the
FPRC doesn't approve it.
