I believe that one of the critical issues this bill should address is
whether or not the UA reaffirms its commitment to the Dining Proposal
Committee's report and the recommendations outlined therein.  Colombo
already has a great deal of input from the student body in the form of the
DPC and Blue Ribbon reports; I feel that these already existent documents
should be mentioned in the resolution in some fashion.
