This bill allocates $1000 from Senate Discretionary to pay for this
project. The total cost of project is still unknown, due to concerns about
securing the equipment in a public location. (For example, proximity card
readers apparently cost a few thousand dollars.) IS&T has already committed
$5000 towards this project.
Clarification: The total amount allocated by the Undergraduate Association
will be $1500, since the Special Projects Committee Budget will provide $500
of seed funding.
