Hey, guys!
It would be awesome if you could all email your constituencies about
Dorm Storm in a more personal way.
I just sent the email to undergrads@mit.edu, so if you could do this
around dinner time or so and then remind your constituents near the day
of their most convenient event, that would be amazing!
Paul Youchak already did this (see below), so props to him.

Hello fellow Sims,
The UA will be holding their annual Dorm Storm event this coming week
and their first stop will be at Simmons Hall tomorrow. We will be in
the MPR from 9-11.
During Dorm Strom the UA visits various living groups and asks for
feedback on various issues relating to you. There will be plenty of
free food. Unlike last year, we are not going to have a survey for you
to fill out, but rather will try to hold more informal conversations.
There will be various representatives from the UA present and we hope
you can stop by for a few minutes and talk to us.
This is a good opportunity to have any questions you may have answered.
Questions on student life, on the institute wide task force, and current
projects and plans being undertaken by the UA. There are a lot of
things which are going to change soon at MIT and we would love to have
your opinion on them.
Furthermore, if there are any ideas you may have which may be important
to you this would be a great time to share them. I will give a few
examples of the projects we have undertaken recently in large part
because of ideas from students. In the last year we have initiated the
fresh produce market by East Campus which will be moving inside the
Stata Center for the winter. We have helped to start the shuttle to
Shaw's. We are working to try and bring breakfast options to dorms. We
are very eager to hear any ideas on how we can help improve your life at
MIT.
Best,
Paul Youchak
