Hi senators,
At the end of tonight's meeting, it was proposed to start using IRC to
emulate what a lot of us are using zephyr for already - small comments
on the side, akin to passing notes but more technological.

If you don't already know how to use zephyr, don't let that be a barrier
for you! I'd love to show people how to use zephyr, send personal
messages, and send messages to classes (they're a bit like chat rooms:
for example, we often make announcements on ua-senate). There are lots
of other people who use zephyr - ask around if you'd like to find out how!

And of course, if you want to use IRC, I won't object, but I'll be sad
because zephyr is already in common usage and I'm stubborn and stuck in
my ways =P

Just a friendly PSA =)
- Catherine
