Hi Senate,
As I said at the last meeting, we need to pass a budget and we have 1
meeting left on Dec. 12th.
According to the bylaws, the budget must stay on the table for a
meeting. I'm recommending that we suspend the bylaws and pass the budget
on Dec. 12th.
The budget is fairly consistent from year to year. However, it is the
decision of the body to make. Since we would need to schedule an
additional meeting ahead of time, I'm asking you now.
At the last meeting, most people were fine with this. So email me if you
are NOT okay with it.
Lastly, a reminder that you have constituency event funding. You should
use it.
