Hi Senate,
Since we are meeting tomorrow to decide on whether or not to comp=
letely restructure the undergraduate government and there has been no discu=
ssion on this list, I figured I'd start.
The current proposal addresses many of the concerns that I and th=
ose I've spoken to have had regarding the UA. Before I vote for this propos=
al, however, I would like to see the following two changes:
1) Dorm Presidents can appoint delegates to serve in their place on the UA =
Council.
2) Dorm Presidents can split their votes during population votes.
I'm also eager to hear your thoughts on the "compromise" proposal=
sent to this list be Alec Lai.
