Hi everyone,
Some updates to the Finboard appeals:

The difference is that the first requires raising the overallocation to
41% (from 40%) and the second is balanced. We'll be requesting an
amendment to the Spring 2011 budget to allow for the increase in
overallocation, but if that doesn't pass we have a balanced version too.
(We'll explain more when we present shortly...)
