Hi All,
Great meeting last week as in we got done what we were supposed to and
on time too.
It may come as a surprise to you that Senate is meeting next week as we
are on a biweekly schedule this year.
We are having a special off week meeting of Senate so that we can pass a
budget.
I plan to give an introduction to Robert's Rules of Order, which is the
official rules of Senate to get everyone familiar with them so that way
we can pass the budget in a constitutional manner, which is always a
good thing.
That is all that needs to get done for next week. It is your Senate so
you are welcome to bring up more issues. If there is something you want
to add to the agenda email me and we'll figure it out. Otherwise, I am
saving up more things for October 10.
I'll try to have an agenda by Friday, but again email me if you have
questions.
