If you care about which groups are getting the most money or that are
getting a low percentof their request...
sorted by reques amount: http://mit.edu/remeyer/Public/UA/Senate/42uas19/summer2011-published-by-ask.pdf
sorted by allocation amount: http://mit.edu/remeyer/Public/UA/Senate/42uas19/summer2011-published-by-alloc.pdf
sorted by percent allocated: http://mit.edu/remeyer/Public/UA/Senate/42uas19/summer2011-published-by-percent.pdf
And one note - the column before % is "postponed", meaning events/expenses
that aren't during this cycle and there wasn't a reason for why it needs
to be funded in advance. We only ended up using this for a small number
of groups. The percents are based on the ask minus the amount postponed.
