Hey everyone,
Here's another funding bill (to be proposed as new business) -

it basically gives ASA the ability to allocate money from Fresh Fund to
new groups in between tomorrow's Senate meeting and the next Senate
meeting (late September). Allocations are recommended by ASA and also
have to be approved by the UA President, UA Speaker, and ASA President.
